It is ideal for creating small parts because customers can create custom gasket shapes by routing directly through the sheet material to maximize surface area and minimize gasket area.

The CR of the product code indicates that it is a medium density gasketing product. Medium density products are the most commonly ordered density because it works for so many different router applications.

A product that is 1/16" thick is usually ordered by a customer who is routing a substrate with slight variences, like wood. This is because this particular thickness lends itself very well counteracting most of the variance of the substrate (warp, grain, etc..).

This product is 56" wide. Custom widths are also available by ordering zone board covers (ZBC).
